Immunosuppressant used in transplant medicine and certain rare tumors such as PEComa.

Do not use if

Severe hypersensitivity to sirolimus, rapamycin derivatives, or formulation components.

Stomatitis, infections, myelosuppression, electrolyte abnormalities, and gastrointestinal symptoms may occur.

Requires monitoring for infection, blood count abnormalities, and organ toxicity.

mTOR inhibitor that suppresses cellular growth, proliferation, and immune responses.
