Uses
Indicated for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) to help slow disease progression.
Do not use if
Hypersensitivity to riluzole or formulation components.
Side effects
May cause nausea, weakness, dizziness, elevated liver enzymes, and abdominal pain.

Monitor liver function during treatment.
