Used for asthma prophylaxis, prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction, and allergic rhinitis.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to montelukast or its components.

Headache, abdominal pain, fever, upper respiratory symptoms, and other mild reactions may occur.

Serious neuropsychiatric events including mood and behavior changes have been reported.

Leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces airway inflammation and bronchoconstriction.

Store at room temperature and protect from moisture.
