Uses

Used for bradycardia, reduction of secretions before anesthesia, antispasmodic purposes, and certain ophthalmic indications.

Do not use if

Narrow-angle glaucoma, obstructive gastrointestinal disorders, urinary retention, or hypersensitivity.

Dry mouth, blurred vision, tachycardia, constipation, urinary retention, and confusion may occur.

Use cautiously in elderly patients and those with cardiovascular disease or glaucoma risk.

Antimuscarinic agent that blocks acetylcholine at parasympathetic receptor sites.

Store at room temperature and protect from excessive light.
