Uses
Combination treatment for hypertension when monotherapy is insufficient.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in hypersensitivity, anuria, and coadministration with aliskiren in patients with diabetes.
Side effects
Common effects include dizziness, fatigue, diarrhea, upper respiratory infections, and electrolyte disturbances.
Warnings
May cause fetal toxicity, hypotension, renal impairment, and electrolyte abnormalities.
How it works
