Uses

Used in combination with other antiretroviral medicines for the treatment of HIV-1 infection.

Do not use if

Moderate to severe hepatic impairment, previous severe skin or liver reactions to nevirapine, or hypersensitivity.

Rash, nausea, fatigue, liver abnormalities, and hypersensitivity reactions may occur.

Severe and potentially fatal hepatotoxicity and skin reactions may occur, especially early in treatment.

Non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor that suppresses HIV replication.

Store at room temperature in the original container.
