Used for symptomatic relief of heartburn, acid indigestion, bloating, and excess gas.

Do not use if

Severe renal impairment or hypersensitivity to formulation components.

May cause constipation, diarrhea, nausea, or abdominal discomfort.

Avoid prolonged use without medical advice.

Magaldrate neutralizes gastric acid while dimethicone reduces surface tension of gas bubbles.
