Uses

Indicated for newly diagnosed or relapsed/refractory CD33-positive acute myeloid leukemia in eligible adult and pediatric patients.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to gemtuzumab or any component of the formulation.

Common adverse effects include infection, fever, nausea, hemorrhage, fatigue, and infusion-related reactions.

Can cause severe hepatotoxicity including veno-occlusive disease. Monitor liver function and infusion reactions closely.

CD33-directed antibody-drug conjugate that delivers a cytotoxic agent to leukemia cells expressing CD33.

Refrigerate at 2–8°C in the original carton. Do not freeze.
