Uses

A topical preparation used to relieve pain, swelling, and inflammation associated with bruises, sprains, sports injuries, and superficial localized soft-tissue swelling.

Do not use if

Should not be applied to broken or damaged skin or mucous membranes, or used by people hypersensitive to salicylates or other components.

Side effects

May cause local skin reactions such as redness, itching, or irritation at the site of application.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Discontinue use if irritation develops.

How it works

Aescin reduces capillary permeability and edema, while diethylamine salicylate provides a local anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.

Storage

Store at room temperature, away from heat, and keep the tube tightly closed.
