Indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder in adults.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to vortioxetine. Concomitant use with MAO inhibitors or within the recommended washout period.

Common effects include nausea, dizziness, constipation, and vomiting. Serotonin syndrome and bleeding risk may occur rarely.

Monitor for suicidal thoughts, especially in younger patients. Watch for serotonin syndrome, bleeding, or mood changes.

Enhances serotonergic neurotransmission through serotonin reuptake inhibition and modulation of several serotonin receptors.

Store at controlled room temperature and protect from excessive moisture.
