Uses

Used for susceptible bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, skin, soft tissues, urinary tract, and other sites.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to cefalexin or cephalosporins.

Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, rash, and hypersensitivity reactions may occur.

Use cautiously in patients with a history of severe penicillin allergy.

First-generation cephalosporin that inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis.

Store at room temperature according to product instructions.
