Used for neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, adjunctive seizure therapy, and certain pain syndromes.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to pregabalin or formulation components.

Common effects include dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, and weight gain.

May cause angioedema, respiratory depression, suicidal thoughts, and impaired alertness.

Binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system.
