Uses

Used as a broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect the skin from UVA and UVB radiation. The combination provides both chemical (avobenzone) and physical (titanium dioxide) UV filtering. Collagen supports skin hydration and texture.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to avobenzone, titanium dioxide, or any component of the formulation.

Side effects

Generally well tolerated. Occasional skin irritation, contact dermatitis, or allergic reactions may occur, particularly in sensitive individuals. Avoid contact with eyes.

Warnings

For external use only. Reapply every two hours and after swimming or sweating. Not intended to replace protective clothing. Keep out of reach of children.

How it works

Avobenzone absorbs UVA radiation via photochemical excitation. Titanium dioxide physically reflects and scatters UVA and UVB radiation. Collagen acts as a skin-conditioning agent without significant pharmacological activity.
