Uses
Used for treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus genotype 1 or 4 infection in eligible adult and pediatric patients.
Do not use if
Moderate or severe hepatic impairment and use with contraindicated interacting medicines.
Side effects
Fatigue, headache, nausea, and elevations of liver enzymes may occur.
Warnings
Screen for hepatitis B infection before treatment because viral reactivation may occur.
