Uses
Used as an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid for allergic and inflammatory conditions, including asthma and dermatologic disorders depending on formulation.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to mometasone or formulation components and in acute severe asthma attacks for inhaled forms.
Side effects
Local irritation, candidiasis, adrenal suppression, glaucoma, cataracts, and immunosuppression may occur.
Warnings
