Used for the treatment of hypertension when combination therapy is appropriate.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to ACE inhibitors or dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers and during pregnancy.

May cause dizziness, headache, cough, ankle swelling, and hypotension.

Monitor blood pressure, kidney function, and potassium levels during therapy.

Combines an ACE inhibitor with a calcium channel blocker to reduce blood pressure through complementary mechanisms.
