Used for hormone receptor-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women.

Do not use if

Contraindicated during pregnancy and in patients with hypersensitivity to letrozole.

May cause hot flashes, arthralgia, fatigue, osteoporosis, dizziness, and hypercholesterolemia.

Monitor bone density and lipid levels during prolonged therapy.

Letrozole is a nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor that reduces estrogen production.

Store at room temperature.
