Uses
Treatment of CLL/SLL and certain cases of AML in adults.
Do not use if
Use with strong CYP3A inhibitors during initiation and ramp-up phase in specified patients.

Neutropenia, infections, anemia, diarrhea, nausea.

Tumor lysis syndrome risk requires hydration, monitoring and preventive measures.
