Uses
Used for hypertension, heart failure, left ventricular dysfunction after myocardial infarction, and diabetic nephropathy.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to ACE inhibitors, history of angioedema, and with aliskiren in diabetic patients.
Side effects
Cough, hypotension, dizziness, hyperkalemia, rash, and renal function changes may occur.

May cause fetal harm during pregnancy. Monitor renal function and potassium levels.
