Uses

Topical analgesic massage cream for temporary relief of minor muscle aches, joint stiffness, sports soreness, and tension headache. Provides counter-irritant analgesia and a cooling sensation.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to any component. Not for use in children under 2 years. Do not apply near the face or nose of infants or young children. Avoid broken or inflamed skin.

Side effects

Mild skin irritation, erythema, or a burning sensation may occur at the application site. Hypersensitivity reactions are uncommon but possible. Avoid inhalation of large amounts in small enclosed spaces.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Wash hands after application. Do not use with heating pads. Keep out of reach of children.

How it works

Camphor, menthol, and peppermint oil activate TRPM8 cold-sensitive receptors and TRPV1 heat-sensitive receptors in the skin, producing a counter-irritant analgesic effect. Eucalyptus oil (containing 1,8-cineole) has mild anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Together they modulate pain signaling and promote local circulation.
