Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to dipyridamole. Use with caution in patients with severe coronary artery disease, hypotension, or coagulation disorders.
Side effects

Warnings

How it works
Dipyridamole inhibits adenosine uptake into platelets, endothelial cells, and erythrocytes, and also inhibits phosphodiesterase activity, increasing intracellular cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP. This results in reduced platelet aggregation and coronary vasodilation.
Storage
Store at room temperature between 15–30°C. Protect from moisture and excessive heat. Keep in original container.
