Uses

Used for the treatment of hypertension to reduce cardiovascular risk.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in severe bradycardia, advanced heart block, cardiogenic shock, overt heart failure, anuria, and hypersensitivity.

May cause fatigue, dizziness, bradycardia, electrolyte disturbances, and increased urination.

Use cautiously in heart failure, diabetes, and patients at risk of electrolyte imbalance.

Combines a beta-blocker with a thiazide-like diuretic to provide additive blood pressure lowering effects.

Store at room temperature.
