Uses

Treatment of androgen-dependent conditions such as severe acne and hirsutism in women. Also provides contraceptive effects when used appropriately.

Do not use if

Pregnancy, thromboembolic disorders, severe liver disease, or hypersensitivity to ingredients.

Nausea, breast tenderness, headache, mood changes, and menstrual irregularities may occur.

May increase the risk of thromboembolic events. Use under medical supervision.

Cyproterone blocks androgen effects while ethinyl estradiol suppresses ovulation and regulates hormones.
