Uses

Used for diabetic gastroparesis and prevention or treatment of nausea and vomiting.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in gastrointestinal obstruction, perforation, hemorrhage, pheochromocytoma, and hypersensitivity.

Drowsiness, fatigue, restlessness, diarrhea, and extrapyramidal symptoms may occur.

Prolonged use may cause tardive dyskinesia, which can be irreversible.

Dopamine receptor antagonist that enhances upper gastrointestinal motility and has antiemetic effects.

Store at room temperature.
