Uses

Used for relief and prevention of bronchospasm in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and certain obstructive airway conditions.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to ipratropium, salbutamol, atropine derivatives, or formulation components.

Tremor, dry mouth, cough, headache, palpitations, and nervousness may occur.

Use cautiously in cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, urinary retention, and hyperthyroidism.

Combines a short-acting beta2-agonist with an antimuscarinic bronchodilator to improve airflow.

Store at room temperature and protect from excessive heat.
