Uses

Used as a parenteral nutrition supplement to provide glutamine in critically ill or nutritionally compromised patients.

Do not use if

Severe renal or hepatic impairment where amino acid administration is contraindicated.

Generally well tolerated. Infusion-related reactions may occur rarely.

Administer under medical supervision as part of parenteral nutrition.

A stable glutamine-containing dipeptide that supplies amino acids for protein synthesis and cellular metabolism.

Store according to manufacturer recommendations and protect from freezing.
