Uses

Used for relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis and primary progressive multiple sclerosis.

Do not use if

Active hepatitis B infection or history of life-threatening infusion reaction to ocrelizumab.

Infusion reactions, infections, reduced immunoglobulins, and injection-related complications may occur.

Serious infections and progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy may occur. Monitor patients carefully.

CD20-directed monoclonal antibody that depletes B lymphocytes.

Store refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze or shake.
