Uses

Used for treatment and prevention of iron deficiency anemia and folate deficiency, including during pregnancy.

Do not use if

Hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis, hemolytic anemia, pernicious anemia, or hypersensitivity to any ingredient.

Nausea, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, vomiting, dark stools, and allergic reactions may occur.

Accidental overdose of iron-containing products may be fatal in children. Keep out of reach of children.

Ferrous fumarate supplies elemental iron for hemoglobin synthesis, while folic acid supports red blood cell formation.

Store in a dry place at room temperature and protect from light.
