Uses
Used for treatment of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to amisulpride or formulation components.
Side effects
Hyperprolactinemia, weight gain, insomnia, extrapyramidal symptoms, and gastrointestinal complaints may occur.
Warnings
May prolong the QT interval and increase the risk of arrhythmias. Monitor susceptible patients.
