Used for the treatment of hypertension when combination therapy is appropriate.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in anuria, hypersensitivity to components, and concomitant aliskiren use in diabetic patients.

Headache, dizziness, nasopharyngitis, fatigue, and electrolyte disturbances may occur.

May cause fetal harm during pregnancy. Monitor renal function and electrolyte levels.

Combines an angiotensin II receptor blocker with a thiazide diuretic to lower blood pressure.

Store at room temperature in a dry place.
