Uses

Used for susceptible bacterial infections including ocular, urinary, respiratory, and other infections depending on formulation.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to ofloxacin, quinolones, or formulation components.

Burning, irritation, redness, itching, nausea, dizziness, and headache may occur.

Serious hypersensitivity reactions may occur. Ophthalmic products are not intended for injection.

Fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV.

Store at 20–25°C and protect from contamination.
