Uses
Used for hypertension, angina, arrhythmias, migraine prophylaxis, essential tremor, and other cardiovascular conditions.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in cardiogenic shock, marked bradycardia, bronchial asthma, certain heart blocks, and hypersensitivity.
Side effects
May cause bradycardia, fatigue, dizziness, depression, cold extremities, and hypotension.
Warnings
Do not discontinue abruptly. Sudden withdrawal may worsen angina or precipitate cardiac events.
How it works
