Uses
Used to support nerve health and manage deficiencies of vitamins B1, B6, and B12.
Do not use if
Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to any ingredient.
Side effects
Usually well tolerated. Mild nausea or gastrointestinal discomfort may occur.
Warnings
Long-term excessive vitamin B6 intake may cause neuropathy.
