Uses
Used for moderate to severe allergic asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, chronic spontaneous urticaria, and selected IgE-mediated food allergies.
Do not use if
Severe hypersensitivity to omalizumab or any component of the formulation.
Side effects
Injection-site reactions, headache, arthralgia, fatigue, and hypersensitivity reactions may occur.
Warnings
Anaphylaxis may occur even after long-term treatment. Patients should be monitored appropriately.
