Uses
A combined mineral and vitamin supplement indicated for prevention and treatment of deficiencies in calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin D3, and zinc. Supports bone health, immune function, collagen synthesis, and muscle function.
Do not use if
Hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, severe renal insufficiency. Hypersensitivity to any component. Avoid exceeding recommended doses without medical guidance.
Side effects
Generally well tolerated at recommended doses. May cause gastrointestinal discomfort (constipation, nausea). High-dose vitamin D3 may lead to hypercalcemia. Excessive zinc can cause nausea or interfere with copper absorption.
Warnings
Ensure total daily intake (diet plus supplement) does not exceed safe upper limits for each nutrient. Use with caution in renal disease. May interact with bisphosphonates, tetracyclines, and fluoroquinolones if taken simultaneously.
How it works
