Used in some countries for age-related cognitive impairment and symptoms associated with cerebrovascular insufficiency.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to ergot derivatives or any component of the formulation.

May cause nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension, or gastrointestinal discomfort.

Use cautiously in patients with cardiovascular disease or hypotension.

Mixture of hydrogenated ergot alkaloids with effects on cerebral blood flow and neurotransmitter activity.

Store at room temperature.
