Used for treatment of hypertension when combination therapy is appropriate.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in anuria, hypersensitivity to components, and with aliskiren in diabetic patients.

Dizziness, edema, headache, fatigue, nausea, and muscle cramps may occur.

Can cause fetal harm during pregnancy. Monitor renal function and electrolytes.

Combines a calcium channel blocker, angiotensin receptor blocker, and thiazide diuretic to lower blood pressure through complementary mechanisms.

Store at room temperature.
