Used in Parkinson's disease and for the treatment of drug-induced extrapyramidal symptoms.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypersensitivity, untreated narrow-angle glaucoma, and certain obstructive gastrointestinal conditions.

May cause dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, urinary retention, and confusion.

Use cautiously in elderly patients due to cognitive and anticholinergic adverse effects.

An anticholinergic agent that reduces cholinergic activity in the central nervous system.

Store at room temperature away from moisture.
