Uses

Used for susceptible bacterial eye infections including bacterial conjunctivitis and blepharoconjunctivitis.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to trimethoprim, polymyxin, or any component.

Local redness, burning, stinging, itching, and hypersensitivity reactions may occur.

For ophthalmic use only. Discontinue if hypersensitivity develops.

Combination antibacterial; trimethoprim inhibits bacterial folate synthesis and polymyxin disrupts bacterial membranes.

Store as directed and keep container tightly closed.
