Used in the treatment of several advanced cancers including gastric, colorectal, lung, and hepatocellular carcinoma in specific settings.

Do not use if

No absolute contraindications are widely established; hypersensitivity to the product should be avoided.

May cause hypertension, fatigue, diarrhea, bleeding, proteinuria, and infusion-related reactions.

Monitor for bleeding, hypertension, gastrointestinal perforation, and impaired wound healing.

Monoclonal antibody that binds VEGF receptor-2 and inhibits tumor angiogenesis.

Store refrigerated at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.
