Uses

Used as a supportive treatment in chronic liver disorders and to help protect liver cells from toxic injury.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to silymarin or related plants.

Generally well tolerated. Mild gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, or allergic reactions may occur.

Not a substitute for treatment of underlying liver disease. Use cautiously in patients with plant allergies.

Plant-derived flavonolignan complex with antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties.

Store in a cool dry place at room temperature.
