Uses

Used for invasive aspergillosis, serious Candida infections, esophageal candidiasis, and other severe fungal infections.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to voriconazole and with certain interacting medications.

Visual disturbances, nausea, rash, elevated liver enzymes, and headache may occur.

Monitor liver function and cardiac rhythm. Photosensitivity and serious skin reactions may occur.

Triazole antifungal that inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis and disrupts cell membrane formation.

Store at room temperature.
