Uses

Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, ulcerative colitis, and other inflammatory disorders.

Do not use if

Hypersensitivity to golimumab. Severe active infections.

Upper respiratory infections, injection-site reactions, headache, and serious infections may occur.

Screen for tuberculosis and infections before treatment.

Golimumab is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α).

Store refrigerated at 2–8°C and do not freeze.
