Uses
Used for treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult males.
Do not use if
Contraindicated with nitrates, guanylate cyclase stimulators, and in patients with hypersensitivity to avanafil.
Side effects
Headache, flushing, nasal congestion, back pain, and dizziness may occur.
Warnings
May cause severe hypotension when combined with nitrates. Evaluate cardiovascular fitness before treatment.
