Treatment of adults with moderate to severe systemic lupus erythematosus receiving standard therapy.

Do not use if

History of anaphylaxis to anifrolumab-fnia.

Upper respiratory infections, nasopharyngitis, cough, and herpes zoster may occur. Serious infections can develop.

May increase the risk of serious infections and hypersensitivity reactions. Avoid use during active serious infections.

Human monoclonal antibody that blocks type I interferon receptor signaling.

Store refrigerated and protect from light according to manufacturer instructions.
