Used to prevent organ rejection after kidney, liver, or heart transplantation as part of immunosuppressive therapy.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to tacrolimus or formulation components.

Nephrotoxicity, tremor, hypertension, hyperglycemia, headache, and infections may occur.

Increases the risk of serious infections and malignancies. Monitor kidney function and drug levels.

Calcineurin inhibitor that suppresses T-lymphocyte activation and immune responses.

Store at room temperature.
