Uses

Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor used in certain B-cell malignancies including chronic lymphocytic leukemia and mantle cell lymphoma.

Do not use if

No absolute contraindications are universally established, except hypersensitivity to the product.

Headache, diarrhea, fatigue, infections, bruising, and bleeding may occur.

Monitor for bleeding, infections, cytopenias, and cardiac rhythm abnormalities.

Selectively inhibits Bruton tyrosine kinase, reducing malignant B-cell signaling and survival.

Store at room temperature in the original container.
