Side effects

Common adverse effects include liver toxicity, muscle pain, elevated creatine phosphokinase, bradycardia, renal impairment, and interstitial lung disease/pneumonitis.

Warnings

Monitor liver function, renal function, heart rate, and symptoms of lung toxicity during treatment.
