Uses
Treatment of ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), including metastatic disease and adjuvant treatment after tumor resection in eligible adults.
Do not use if

Side effects
Common adverse effects include liver toxicity, muscle pain, elevated creatine phosphokinase, bradycardia, renal impairment, and interstitial lung disease/pneumonitis.
