Used for the treatment of chronic idiopathic constipation in adults.

Do not use if

Contraindicated in intestinal perforation, bowel obstruction, severe inflammatory bowel disease, and hypersensitivity to prucalopride.

Headache, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, and fatigue may occur.

Monitor for mood changes, depression, or suicidal thoughts, particularly at treatment initiation.

Selective 5-HT4 receptor agonist that stimulates colonic motility and promotes bowel movements.

Store at room temperature.
