Uses

Combination antihypertensive used for management of hypertension when multiple mechanisms of action are needed.

Do not use if

Severe renal impairment, hyperkalemia, hypersensitivity to components, or marked bradycardia.

May cause dizziness, fatigue, electrolyte disturbances, bradycardia, or hypotension.

Monitor blood pressure, heart rate, kidney function, and serum electrolytes.

Combines a beta-blocker, thiazide diuretic, and potassium-sparing diuretic to reduce blood pressure.

Store at room temperature in a dry place.
